1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CardCatcher TCG MonPrice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

2. Definitions

  • "App" refers to the CardCatcher TCG MonPrice mobile application.
  • "User," "you," and "your" refers to the person accessing the App.
  • "We," "us," and "our" refers to CardCatcher TCG MonPrice and its operators.
  • "Content" refers to all materials, features, data, and functionality within the App.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or to facilitate unauthorized commercial transactions.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related servers.
  • Use any automated system (crawlers, bots) to extract pricing data from the App.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

5. Intellectual Property and Pokémon Disclaimer

The App, including all original code, UI design, features, and brand-specific functionality, is owned by CardCatcher TCG MonPrice and protected by intellectual property laws.

Pokémon, Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), and all related media, including but not limited to card images, symbols, names, and characters, are registered trademarks and copyrighted properties of The Pokémon Company International, Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., Game Freak, Inc., and Creatures Inc.

The App provides market price estimates. While we strive for accuracy:

  • CardCatcher TCG MonPrice is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
  • This App is designed as a companion tool for players and collectors, operating under fair use principles for informational purposes.
  • We do not claim any ownership rights to Pokémon intellectual property.
  • Pricing data is provided for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data.
  • We are not responsible for financial losses incurred during the buying or selling of physical assets based on App data.

6. User Accounts

If the App provides account functionality, you:

  • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

7. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases (including subscriptions or "Pro" features) are final and non-refundable unless required by law or specific App Store/Google Play Store policies.
  • Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardCatcher TCG MonPrice and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or reliance on the pricing data provided.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct we deem harmful to other users or the App's integrity.
